Our Journey: Education, Creativity, and Mental Well-Being
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted education in 2019, a small group of friends came together with one shared goal—no child should be left behind. With creativity and determination, we started “mohalla” (community) classes and evening learning centers in remote villages.
What began as a simple effort soon grew into something powerful. With the help of volunteers and a zero-budget approach, we reached more than 500 children, opening doors to learning when everything else seemed closed. These experiences taught us the value of innovation, collaboration, and resilience.
But along the way, one question stayed with us: How can we keep breaking barriers and creating opportunities that remain open to all? This became the foundation of our journey.
Today, Tarang Manch has grown beyond just education. We now bring together creative arts, leadership activities, and mental health counselling as essential parts of our work. We recognize that young people don’t just need books and lessons—they need safe spaces to talk, to share their feelings, and to build the confidence to handle life’s challenges. Counselling helps them express, heal, and grow stronger emotionally.
From theatre and art to music, nature walks, and community programs, everything we do carries one purpose—to nurture both the mind and the heart.
What started as a small initiative has now become a vibrant community of youth working for social change. Together, we are proving that true transformation happens when education, creativity, and mental well-being go hand in hand.
Join us as we continue this journey of growth and change. Tarang Manch is more than a platform—it’s a movement, shaping a future where every individual can learn, express, and thrive.
